Why this site exists
Anyone looking for rent aid in Spain runs into a national royal decree, a brand-new housing plan and nineteen separate regional calls, each in its own gazette with its own limits. Many articles mix up the 250 euro bonus with the 300 euro aid of the 2026-2030 Plan, or still announce windows that closed months ago. This site lets you see in a minute which aid fits you, how much you would get and whether your region is taking applications, with the article and the gazette next to every figure. It is written in Spanish and in English, for the many young foreign residents renting in Spain.
Who publishes it
The publisher is Radif Partners, a company that builds tools from public rules and data. It is not a public body, an agency or a law firm. The site is not affiliated with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda, the regional governments or the Spanish Tax Agency, and uses none of their logos. It charges nothing, has no affiliate links and recommends no professional.
