Prepared by Radif Partners · Method · Rules read in the BOE and the regional gazettes on 26 October 2026
In Andalusia the Bono Alquiler Joven was handled through the call published in BOJA no. 7 of 13 January 2025, which reopened on 13 January 2026 and closed on 22 June 2026, once it reached 15,000 applications. That means no new Bono applications can be filed today. The regional government uses two rent caps: up to 900 euros for a flat and 380 for a room in the highest-demand towns, and 600 and 300 euros elsewhere. The income limit is the national one, 3 times the IPREM, with some extra room when several family members live together. The youth aid and the general aid of the 2026-2030 State Plan have no Andalusian call yet: the State allocated 136.8 million euros to Andalusia for 2026, but the region still has to publish its rules. In the meantime, the calculator shows what you would be entitled to under each scheme so that you are ready when a window opens.
A call that closed on volume, not on a date
The Andalusian Bono call, published in BOJA no. 7 of 13 January 2025, opened in January 2025 with a cap on applications and a budget of 34.2 million euros. It reopened on 13 January 2026 and closed on 22 June 2026, after 15,000 applications. If you applied in time, you follow your file on the regional housing department page; if you were too late, you will need to wait for a new call, which has not yet appeared in the gazette.
The rules are those of Royal Decree 42/2022: aged up to 35, €250 a month for 24 months, household income up to 3 times the IPREM and a regular income source. What is specific to Andalusia is how the rent cap varies by area: €900 for a flat and €380 for a room in towns in groups 1 to 3 of the regional housing plan, and €600 and €300 elsewhere. The room cap is lower than in other regions with a raised limit, which go up to €450.

The 2026-2030 Plan in Andalusia
Royal Decree 326/2026 brings two rent aids the region has not yet opened: the youth aid, up to €300 a month capped at 60% of the rent, and the general aid of €250. The Sector Conference of 21 May 2026 allocated 136.8 million euros to Andalusia for the Plan's first year, a sum that also covers renovation and public housing. Youth aid status today: no call published yet.
For people in vulnerable situations, the region ran its own line in 2025 with money from the previous plan, now closed: the call for especially vulnerable people ran from November to December 2025. If you plan to buy in an Andalusian village of 10,000 people or fewer, the Plan sets a maximum price of €225,000 for the youth purchase aid.
