Aragon ran its latest Bono Alquiler Joven under Order FOM/668/2025, published in the Aragon Official Gazette no. 116 of 19 June 2025. Applications ran from 8 July to 20 August 2025 and the aid was granted in order of arrival until the money ran out. In August 2026, instead of opening the new call announced in December 2025, the regional government doubled the funding of the 2025 call, from 7.6 to 15.2 million euros, to cover applications already filed, without opening a new window. The rent cap is the general one in the royal decree, 600 euros for a flat and 300 for a room, and only rises to 900 euros for people moving in from another province or region. The youth aid and the general aid of the 2026-2030 State Plan have no Aragonese call yet, although the State allocated 30.4 million euros to the region for 2026. The calculator shows what you would receive in each case.
How the 2025 call worked
Order FOM/668/2025 opened the window 8 July 2025 to 20 August 2025. Unlike regions that rank applicants by points, Aragon granted the Bono strictly in order of arrival: whoever applied earlier with a complete file got paid earlier. When the initial 7.6 million ran out, applications were left waiting. The August 2026 top-up cleared them with another 7.6 million from the national Bono split agreed in October 2025.
If you did not apply in 2025, the practical upshot is simple: there is currently no way to claim the Bono in Aragon. The procedure record in the National Grants Database remains the place to watch for a reopening. Meanwhile, if you already rent and meet the rules, keep your rent receipts paid by bank transfer: any future call will ask for them month by month.
The rules Aragon applies
They are those of Royal Decree 42/2022 with no major changes: age up to and including 35, €250 a month for 24 months, household income up to 3 times the IPREM, that is €25,200 a year, and rent up to €600. If you rent a room, the cap drops to €300 and only your own income counts. Work out where yours stands:

The mobility exception helps people coming to work in Zaragoza, Huesca or Teruel from another region with the Bono already granted: article 6.3 then raises the rent cap to €900 and the income limit to 4 times the IPREM.
What is still to come
The 2026-2030 State Plan allocated 30.4 million euros to Aragon for 2026 at the May Sector Conference, but there is no call for the youth aid or the general aid. The 2025 rent aid, opened under Order FOM/766/2025, is closed. If you want to buy in a small Aragonese town, the Plan purchase aid accepts homes up to €275,000, the Annex IV figure, once Aragon opens it.
