Rent aid in Navarre in 2026
Independent, non-governmental site
The national Bono does not apply in Navarre: the calculator says so and points you to the regional aids, which take applications all year.
Your aid in Navarre
No state aid
In Navarre neither the Bono Alquiler Joven nor the State Plan applies (RD 42/2022 art. 2; RD 326/2026 art. 1.5): see the regional schemes in the table.

Navarre takes part in neither the Bono Alquiler Joven nor the 2026-2030 State Housing Plan: its own tax and funding system, the foral regime, leaves it outside both royal decrees, which send no money there. Instead the Navarre government runs two aids of its own, both with a standing application window. Emanzipa is the youth one: for people aged 23 to 35 at 31 December, it pays 50% of the rent up to 280 euros a month, provided the rent is no more than 700 euros and income is between 5,000 and 22,000 euros, or 33,000 counting the family unit. It is renewed every year and paid month by month once you upload proof of the bank payment. DAVID is the general aid: it requires prior registration in the protected housing applicants list, income from 5,000 euros up to 1.7 times the SARA and a rent of up to 700 euros, and pays 50% up to 340 or 280 euros. The two cannot be combined with each other or with the rent tax deduction.
A region outside the national schemes
Both national programmes covered on this site expressly leave Navarre out: Royal Decree 42/2022 keeps the Bono for common-regime regions, and Royal Decree 326/2026 does the same for the 2026-2030 Plan, so Navarre is not in the Ministry's 2026 funding table either. It is not that the aid is closed: it does not exist. If you live in Pamplona, Tudela or anywhere else in Navarre, what you can claim are the Navarre government's own aids, handled on navarra.es.
Emanzipa, the youth aid
Emanzipa takes applications all year round. Age is measured at 31 December: 23 to 35. It pays half the rent up to 280 euros a month, and the flat cannot cost more than 700. Income has a floor, 5,000 euros, because the aid targets people who can already sustain a rent, and a ceiling of 22,000, rising to 33,000 if your family unit's income counts. Unlike the Bono, it is not paid in advance: each month you upload the bank proof of payment and the aid follows. It must be renewed every year.
DAVID, for every other tenant
DAVID rent aid has no age limit, but it needs prior registration in the protected housing applicants list. The rent cap is the same, 700 euros, and it also pays 50%, up to 340 euros if your income is below one SARA and 280 if it is above, up to 1.7 times. Emanzipa and DAVID cannot be paid together, nor added to the rent tax deduction.
Both aids ask for papers much like the Bono's: a lease, padrón registration, a bank account and payments made by bank. Go through the general list, then confirm it on the regional form, since the Navarre forms are not identical to the national ones and may ask for an extra statement or two:
